Micah Linton has resurrected the spirit of childhood imagination and helps clean the whole universe in Derby and Darcy – Recycled Dreams, an illustrated children’s book portraying two brothers visiting their aunt who discover all kinds of “trash” on the beach. Using their imaginations, they set out to explore the deepest parts of the ocean, pulverize discarded satellites, and help a scientist in his laboratory.

His theme is to recycle and reuse with a child-like enthusiasm.

A California native, Linton spends most days in his travel themed art studio. Winning a Moonbeam Silver Medal and Dr. Toys Best 100 Products for his children’s book and plush toy, The Weebeasts, has inspired Micah to devote his career to the creation of children’s books. As the author and illustrator, he is willing to work with editors to make this the first of many Derby and Darcy adventure books to become a classic.
