Treasure Quest of the Third Reich

In Malcolm Barber’s WWII novel Treasure Quest of the Third Reich, Paul von Hauser, a German naval officer, has stumbled upon information of major importance; so vital to the Nazi Regime that he is given carte blanch orders from Goring, Himmler, and Hitler himself.

From since the Roman occupation of the Middle East, which resulted in the destruction of the Temple of Solomon, Jews have had to pay in one form or another for their freedom to worship-gold, artifacts, their own lives. von Hauser’s top secret mission is to seek those who have made it their life’s work to study this subject, to follow the trail that will lead him to Solomon’s Temple menorah and all the blood gold horded from over 3000 years.

This incredible, but oh-so-possible, story gives a new scenario to why God’s people have been persecuted and to what lengths, the role the Vatican has played; how much violence they instigated and supported in the false name of Christianity, and the reason Hitler’s plan for ethnic cleansing succeeded so well.

Although this is Barber’s first novel, he has spent many years studying the Second World War and both ancient and modern history. He holds a Further Education Teachers’ Certificate in history and has taught the subject in colleges.
