Beautiful Wreck is a story set in North Carolina around the time of the Second World War. It follows the lives of Emily, Buster, Jan, and Lee whose intricately woven characters tell their stories in such a way as to remind the reader of their own past and choices made. It wretches from you every emotion and leaves you understanding the consequences of love, war, racism, and pure-out hatred.  It is also the Semi-Finalist in Amazon Novel Breakthrough 2009 Contest.
